We’re heading to UKREiiF – The UK’s Premier Real Estate Investment Forum
Smith Jenkins at UKREiiF 2025: Let’s Catch Up in Leeds!
We’re excited to share that Jennifer Cooke (Heritage & Townscape) and Nick Jenkins (Planning) will be heading up to Leeds in May for this year’s UKREiiF (UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) – a key event in the built environment calendar and a brilliant opportunity to connect with others shaping the future of our towns and cities.
If you haven’t been before, UKREiiF brings together people from all corners of the property, planning and development world – local authorities, developers, investors, architects, planners (like us!), and more. It’s a packed few days of talks, panels, site tours and networking, all focused on driving sustainable, inclusive and innovative growth across the UK.
So, why are we going? Because it’s a rare opportunity to step away from the desk, meet people face to face, share ideas and hear what’s really going on in different regions. We see these events as a brilliant way to spark new ideas, meet like-minded people and stay ahead of the curve – bringing back insights that inform and enrich our work.
Whether it’s talking about the latest in town centre regeneration, unlocking complex heritage sites, or navigating planning policy changes, UKREiiF gives us a chance to learn, challenge and be inspired.
If you’re going to be in Leeds too, let us know! Whether it’s a quick coffee, a walking meeting between sessions, or something more structured, we’d love to catch up. Just drop us a message and we’ll get something in the diary.
