Paul Crisp

Director

Paul holds a Masters in Architectural History from London Metropolitan University) and a Degree and Diploma in Town Planning (from Cardiff University). He is a Chartered Town Planner and Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.

Paul has worked within a number of planning consultancies and has also worked for Caerphilly County Borough Council as a Development Control and Planning Policy Officer.  

Paul oversees all of the heritage related projects undertaken within the Smith Jenkins Planning & Heritage team. As a dual qualified planner and heritage expert, he  has advised on a wide range of heritage projects, from an extension to a major central London museum to extensions and refurbishment of a number of high value residences, large transformative masterplans (which often include tall buildings)  as well as the redevelopment of a historic dockyard in Wales, which included the relocation of a listed building, which would deliver substantial regional benefits and was unanimously approved by Members and authorised by Cadw.
