Roadside facilities play an important role in both road safety and contribution to the national economy. We have extensive knowledge of the planning context surrounding roadside related development, including the relevant policy, key stakeholders and the provision of services across the strategic road network, allowing us to provide valuable, specialist advice regarding opportunities for development and asset management.
Through engagement with stakeholders at both a national government and local level, we have successfully advocated for further policy guidance regarding roadside facilities. We have prepared, submitted and successfully obtained permission for a variety of such development, including motorway service areas and HGV parks.
