Working in the healthcare sector, we provide NHS Trusts, care providers and private sector clients with a comprehensive range of planning advice and support to help deliver new and improved healthcare infrastructure for the benefit of local communities.
Our projects include changes of use of buildings, some of which may be listed, new and extended hospital and other healthcare buildings and associated development including new car parks.
We also provide planning advice on permitted development rights which exist to allow greater flexibility to extend and provide new hospital buildings without planning permission.
We manage a project from the outset to completion including pre-application and planning application submissions and post determination work. Throughout the project we work collaboratively with healthcare providers and the wider project team to achieve the best outcome within often short delivery timescales and budgetary constraints.
