Smith Jenkins are appointed as planning consultant for an extension to the existing Secondary School on the Kingsbrook housing development in Aylesbury following our previous success in securing planning permission for the existing Secondary School.

The development will include an extension to the existing secondary school to accommodate 10FE expansion, including extension of multi-use games area (MUGA) and bin store, additional vehicle and cycle parking and an amended drop off area.

The project included pre-application discussions with the local planning authority and a full planning application submission. Planning permission was granted in March 2025.
