We manage the projects from the outset, advising clients from initiation / scoping, through detailed design, and delivery including pre-application enquiries, planning application submissions, and post decision work. We also advise clients on planning appeals, planning appraisals, development strategies, negotiating legal agreements, and stakeholder engagement.
Well versed in understanding and addressing the technical challenges these projects raise, we provide our clients with clear commercially minded advice and ensure client needs and expectations are met, and projects are delivered in an effective and timely manner.
