Nick Jenkins

Nick joined the company in 2014 after working at Turley, Savills and Hepher Dixon. He is a Chartered (Planning & Development) Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience acting as planning consultant in the private sector.

Nick has worked on a wide variety of schemes from individual houses to large-scale complex projects. Nick regularly manages teams of consultants from a variety of disciplines to achieve positive outcomes for his clients.  Clients include private individuals, landowners, developers, house builders, banks, operating companies and those from the public sector.  Nick regularly deals with planning appeals and has appeared as expert witness at public inquiries.

Nick leads on commercial and brownfield projects at Smith Jenkins.
