Buckinghamshire College Sites

The proposal involved demolishing existing buildings on two sites and erecting a seven-storey main college campus on Oxford Road, and a two-storey teaching and learning facility, accommodating the colleges construction and automotive curriculum, at Brook Street.

Following Planning Committee, permission was granted in April 2023, subject to conditions. Our team are subsequently dealing with the preparation and submission of applications to discharge conditions.
