The Greenhouses, Passenham
This project involved the redevelopment of two greenhouses on a site next to a Grade I listed Manor House.
One greenhouse would be replaced and the other would be redeveloped to a single residential dwelling.
Our works involved coordinating with a Historic Building Advisor and delivering a written report providing a planning and heritage appraisal of the site. This included a clear list of the development parameters so that the architects could develop a design for the project.
Planning permission was granted in July 2018.
